Yoga is when we realize that we are not separate from everything and all living beings in the entire experience of names and forms, consciousness and existence. There is no difference between birth and death, happiness and suffering, gain and loss. There is no time, no space, no name, no form, no good, no bad, no "me", no "you"... Just be. There is no past, no future, only the present moment, now...
